How Do I Enable Scalable Support to Have Access to my System?
Sometimes Scalable Technical Support Staff will require access to your instance. This lesson explains how to enable that access.
Check if the avsupport Admin Account Exists
Navigate to Admin > User Management > Asset Vision Users.
If you do not already have the user [email protected] registered, select New and create the user record.
Creating the avsupport Admin Account
Make sure that the user [email protected] has the role of admin and has the active box checked.
