Errors that Can Occur
This lesson explores some of the common errors that occur when configuring a device.
No Response from Device
- This message indicated that the device cannot be reached by the push notification features used by Asset Vision. When Asset Vision encounters this message the individual command (or the command group in the case of certain actions) is placed on the deferred command queue and will be tried at a later point automatically.
NotNow Response Received from Device
- This message indicates that either the device is too busy to respond or that it is locked and a security or profile related request has been made. When Asset Vision encounters this message the individual command (or the command group in the case of certain actions) is placed on the deferred command queue and will be tried at a later point automatically.
