How to Wipe an Enrolled iDevice
This lesson explains how an enrolled iDevice can be remotely wiped.
Navigate to iOS Discovered Managed Devices
Navigate to Devices > Clients > Currently Enrolled > iOS.
Erase the Device
- Choose the device you wish to wipe, right click, and hover over Device Actions.
- Select Erase from the context menu pop-up.
Confirm Action
Select Yes and the device will be wiped. Note this is a complete device wipe. All data and applications will be removed, and the device will revert back to it's out-of-the-box state. For selective wipe of managed applications data, all that its required it to remove the managed application.
