Asset Vision now allows for software scans performed by agents to be configured to randomize the time when the agent scans and delivers software inventory data.  This enhances the support for VDI environments where many computers may reside on the same physical machine, but do not need to act in unison when scanning and reporting data.  As virtualization technologies play a larger role in today’s computing environments, Asset Vision PAD scans and Optimize agents will continue to evolve.
