This update to Asset Vision allows users that also have a WinINSTALL database server in their environment to create a connection between the two in order to create a WinINSTALL search group from AV and transmit the data to their WinINSTALL instance. This is only the first step in the roadmap to add WinINSTALL functionality to AV, and while full software deployment is not yet available, it enables you to use AV to search for installed software that you want to manage from WinINSTALL, create a search group using AV search/filtering capabilities, and send the group to WinINSTALL for subsequent software deployment tasks.
