License Manager now enables you to assign user-based licenses to persons defined in your environment so that you can assign user-based licenses to persons and compare those numbers to the numbers of licenses you actually own. License Manager now enables you to upload supporting documentation for license entitlements such as agreements/contracts/receipts and link them to license entitlement details record transaction data. This allows you to store all of your licensing documentation in Asset Vision and keep a clear audit trail supporting your license position.

License Manager also gives you the option to specify a free-form Organizational Designator when adding or qualifying/editing LED records so that you can include an org unit or region for your license entitlements as this is relevant for where in your organization the licenses can be applied.
