In our last release, we added new probes to directly collect key associated data on your infrastructure via the Azure and AWS support APIs. This gave you the ability to enrich your records of server hardware and software inventory with details of leased instances, reservation details, charging models and more.  In order to make the most of this valuable data, we have now provided capabilities that can help determine equivalent cloud products (and related costs) that might be required to move an asset to a specific provider. The wizard wraps this complicated process in a simple to use format, allowing you to select specific assets from your inventory, choose which cloud provider you wish to query (optionally including the intelligence gained from the above performance sampling) before analyzing and processing the results for you. This “Migration Hub” also provides you with an overview of your cloud projects and, as you purchase resources from your provider and perform an inventory, you can then link the old and new assets together in the database thereby providing a full end-to-end audit trail.
