We have introduced the ability for users to save and subscribe to Data View Layouts, instead of relying on Administrator level permissions.  Layouts are a combination of scope settings, filters, and column and sort orders.  Users can now save private or public layouts to which others can subscribe on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.  The subscription will deliver a scheduled email and the recipient can login and download the latest reporting results.  Subscribing saves time and effort by eliminating the need to search for routinely used reports.
