NEW for December 2020

Collection of Application Runtimes now includes Idle Time

The Windows Desktop Agent now collects and records not only interactive usage time for the active window(s), but also the total runtime of any application regardless of it being active or not, or even minimized in the taskbar.

ChromeOS Agent now supports Web Domain Capture

The ChromeOS agent now collects and counts the domains visited by people using web browsers. For example, when visiting www.google.com the domain google.com is detected and recorded. A “hit count” is maintained for the number of visits to this and all other domains visited, across the organization.

Windows Agent Updates for Security and Communication Protocols

Encryption and data transmission libraries have been updated to include the latest ciphers and address various bugs. Updating can be performed at normal refresh cycles.

Time zone Offset Tagging for Time-aligned Reporting

All usage data is now stored with a UTC offset in hours, allowing usage data recorded for one user in one time zone to be easily compared with usage data recorded for a second user in a second time zone.

This release includes many bug fixes and improvements to working with, remote, 3rd party APIs. For example, OAuth support with Azure, Google APIs and warranty APIs for supported vendors.
