How to View User Usage
This section of the optimize reports allows the user to review usage by user and determine the number of devices and applications used by the user, including the total time used. The user is able to group and filter based on user attributes.
User Usage Overview
Clicking on the menu item for this section displays a graph of the Top 25 users by Days of Use.
Usage Summary
This Optimize report focuses on device and software usage where Total Minutes is a sum of the minutes of use for all software that user accesses.
Finding Users with Multiple Primary Devices
To find the devices that users are most active on, navigate to Optimize > User Usage > User Summary.
This data view lists device usage data per user. The aggregated column Primary Devices can be reviewed for each user to determine if one user has more than one primary device. Sorting descending on this column will display users with the most primary devices associated with them.
