How to View Device Usage
Device Usage reports focus specifically on compiling usage statistics based on the unique device that the software product is being used from. Usage is based off of keystrokes and minutes in use. All reports are based on total minutes and days used, or number or distinct logins or users.

The view shows Distinct Logins and Distinct Users, with drilldowns for each providing a list of Logins and Users respectively.
Virtual Device Logons
The user is able to find usage of software programs on specific operating systems by navigating to Optimize > Device Usage > Device Usage > Usage Summary. From this data view the user can filter based on the Operating System field to discover machines with that OS.
The user can use the Software Product scope to find a specific product. Since the Software Product Scope is applied to the related table for the aggregated columns in the table, it will only affect the value of the aggregated column and not the number of rows in the main data view.
