How to View Web Application Usage
The Optimize Reports in this section focus on reviewing the usage of web applications, which are defined in Asset Vision based on URL patterns. These reports use keystroke counts and minutes of use to determine total usage.
Web App Usage Overview
Clicking on this menu item container renders a dashboard that contains these widgets:
- Unique Users by WebApp: Count of unique users grouped by each web application.
- Web App Usage by Minutes in Use: Chart showing each web application and the associated total minutes in use.
Usage Summary
This data view contains usage of web applications, which are defined in Asset Vision based on URL patterns. Scope by relative date range, usage threshold, and keystroke threshold. This data view displays the user-named Web Application, what user created it, the days it has been used, and the unique number of users that have accessed that web application.
