How to View Allocated and UnAllocated Items
This lesson describes the information in the Allocate Item menu. From this menu, the user is able to allocate items in the register to owners, identify those items currently unallocated, and manage item status.
Allocate Items Dashboard
Clicking the Allocate Items menu item displays dashboard widgets:
- Asset Status: Count of assets grouped by status.
- Assets by Owner Division and Status: Count of assets grouped by division and further by status.
Unallocated by Type and Status
Unallocated by Type displays unallocated items grouped by Type. Drill into the display, via the Edit pencil icon, to allocate the item by assigning an Owner and to assign item Status.
