How to Assess Device Vulnerability
This lessons explains the information in the Asset Vulnerability data view. This menu provides detailed workstation vulnerability analysis, including analysis of patch status, anti-virus and anti-malware status and calculated security assessment based on a variety of inputs.
Access Vulnerability Dashboard
The dashboard at Registry > Discovered Software > Asset Vulnerability displays information on patches and update policies. This dashboard contains four widgets:
- Windows Update Policy by Machine: Displays counts of Windows update policies, grouped by description.
- Security Gauge Set: Contains counts of firewall and anti virus software.
- Vulnerability Gauge Set: Contains counts of missing security patches.
- Windows Service Pack Deployment: Displays counts of Windows Services Packs, grouped by the service pack number.
Windows Patches
This data view displays device Windows patch status of machines scanned by OS System Patches probes.
Windows Defense
This data view displays device Windows vulnerability assessment of machines scanned by OS System Patches probes.
