How to View Discovered Software Products

This lesson explains the information in the Software Products menu which contains information recovered from workstations and servers, and normalized reports on installation counts. The discovered information in the Software Signatures menu is used for the normalization process.

The Software Products menu replaces the old Software Packages and subsequently the Installed Software menu. This tab has the original menus deprecated, and two new menus added: All Software and Search Installed Software. Both of these menus reference normalized software products and show information in a de-duplicated and consistent fashion.
