How to Directly Edit a License Entitlement Detail Record

This lesson describes how to edit a license entitlement detail record without using the Qualify Licenses > Manual interface.

Navigate to Meta Data Management
  1. Navigate to Meta Data Management and search for the lm_entitlement_detail table.

Edit Table and Uncheck UI Read Only

Edit Table and Uncheck UI Read Only
  1. Click Edit table. The lm_entitlement_detail table settings window will appear.
  2. Uncheck UI read only. If UI read only is unchecked then the user be able to manually edit the fields in the records in that table.
  3. Save the settings.
